Children's Ministries
Classes are available for two year olds through elementary aged children and are subdivided by age groups.Volunteers are needed for the following Children’s Ministry events:

Sunday School
September – May
Sunday School is scheduled for Sunday mornings during the 9am service.
Sunday School is staffed by volunteers who have been Safe Sanctuaries trained and have a love for children. Classes are available for two year olds through high school. The goal of the Children’s Ministry at Asbury UMC is to grow disciples for Christ, starting with the very young. We strive to include meaningful activities in each session to bring alive the Bible and to build relationships between the students and volunteers. Short term volunteers, as well as long term volunteers, are needed to staff this wonderful opportunity to interact with these awesome children and youth.
Bible Club
June – August
Meets on Sundays during the 9am worship service.
Multi-aged classes are staffed by a series of volunteers, who are willing to make a one Sunday commitment. The volunteers need to be Safe Sanctuaries trained. Classes, for two year olds through sixth grade, include a variety of activities to make the Bible come alive for the participants.
